I hate this saying but he is what he is which is not a very good goalie or a goalie who is going to steal a game. The first 4 games of this series wasn't an indicator of the Flyers style of play, these last two games were more their speed. Pens are the best offensive team in the league, the Flyers have a chance as long as the D plays around the same level as they did today...let Bryz manage the game because he isn't going to stand on his head and steal a series. Even if they win the Cup this season and the NHL approves the amnesty clause I'd still release his ass.

the phillies world series was amazing but i was just old enough to remember their previous title

the flyers and of course the eagles are in a seperate category and i root for them first

he sucked in games 1-4.  he wasn't awful the other night and he was good today.  he has to play much, much better if they have any hope of advancing.  the "no shtein sherlock" quotient on that one isn't exactly off the charts.

oh, and they won the series.  but let's keep fixating on the negative.

they havent won a cup in 37 years....but have made five of them since then....sorry if a first round series win doesnt garner all my pride and joy

Agreed. Great series and all but one of these years the Flyers have to break through and win it all. If the Rangers and Bruins get knocked out there should be no excuses why they can't get to a cup and win it. Nothing from the West scares me at this point especially with Detroit out.
