If the Flyers lose this series, I'm pretty sure I have to move. I expected them to lose to the superior team in 5 or 6 games and would have been OK with it. Blowing a 3-0 series lead I cannot abide.

What's ridiculous is how similar the hits were and that Bettman actually bought Neal's assertion that he jumped to avoid contact meanwhile skating down ice 30 seconds later going after another players head.

Shanahan has explained on a few occasions this postseason that he takes injuries into account heavily when doling out suspensions. Seems dumb to punish the result rather than the action or the intent, but then again murder and attempted murder generally don't get the same sentence, either.
