According to Jay Glazer and John McClain he has been traded to the Eagles for an undisclosed draft pick.

They apparently got him for a mid-round pick......he will only be 28 when the season starts. Better suited for the 4-3

Swapped 3rd rounders and gave up the 4th acquired from TB. Provided he stays healthy this is a great move. Not much given up.

If he goes back into 4-3 beast mode this d just got a whole lot better--question mark is will he return to his 2010 pre-achilles injury self. 50-50.

I'll take it though because they at least addressed the issue and dude is a stud.

From all accounts he played much better in the second half of the season last year. Got to think that is a good sign that he is recovering well.

Not bad.

He's an upgrade over what they have now. He'll be two years removed from a torn achilles. His numbers were down last season but he's still a damn good LB.

Didn't see this coming, thought they'd sign a guy like Tulloch. I actually like Ryans better if he can regain his pro bowl form. He's still only 27 years old so it's not like he's some 32 year old that needs to be put out to pasture.
