Just look at Neatherlands and their euthanasia epidemic.  Just this month, Euthanasia-mobile units are now available for your quicky and speedy mercy killing.  Let's ignore the hundreds of questionable cases when a mercy killing took place without the request of the patient.

You avoided the point. It's the "liberals" in this country that are fighting to keep SS and Medicare in place for seniors...and the GOP who is suggesting they should fend for themselves. Talk to some libertarians about what their thoughts are on seniors who didn't save enough to fully fund their own retirements. Yeah, grandma and grandpa aint lasting too long in their world.

see this is the problem with liking to argue politics....politics are boring and inherently promote seeing another persons view...and if you dont then you are somehow wrong

i mean for example how can you rationally see a point of view that stems from religion...which is based on something that isnt real....

do you see a legitimate point of view in being for slavery...or against gay marriage...there isnt one and we shouldnt give credence to those points of view in the name of compromise or simply so you can say im in the middle

Religion is a fact of life. It has been a fact of life for as long as people have questioned their own existence. Religion plays no role in my life and the older I get the more absurd it is, so I'm more inclined to agree with you and discount religious arguments. But to pretend that the outlook of 90% of the world's population is invalid right out of the gate is foolish.

on the issues i feel most strongly about there is no other side for the most part...and they normally have to do with social issues/people

shtein like taxes....military spending...guns...the economy....the enviroment ect...i tend to stay out of because there truly is an argument to be made on both sides and neither side will ever change the others mind so it becomes one big go around in circles clusterfarg

Edit:  Actually 'argue' is the wrong word to use. You preach. You're saying you have no interest in issues where there could be more than one perspective, and on issues where 'there is only one perspective' you feel compelled to preach to everyone about it.
