In the mostly unrelated department, my brother used to manage an upscale steakhouse that a lot of Eagles would frequent. McNabb was by far the worst tipper. Never tipped more than 10% and often less than that.

For large parties most places typically enforce mandatory gratuities and they should.  If an 800 dollar bill doesn't bother you then adding 160 to it for service shouldn't either.  If you don't like it stay home and eat yourself into a coma on Chunky Soup, fat boy.

Is there somewhere that I can find someones address, using either their SSN or license plate info?

My buddy rented his place to two tenants, they signed a 1 year contract, then bolted 6 months in and fell off the face of the earth. Between the 6 months rent and legal fees trying to initially track them down, he is out almost 15K. He had each of their SSN's from when they applied, and knew their car type and plates from when he had to go over to fix stuff, etc. and is trying to file a suit against them, but was told he needs an address before he can do so...

15k? What the devil? When a tenant stops paying, serve them their notice, and if they don't pay....be prepared to spend the $800 to evict them. Cut your losses. He's trying to squeeze blood out of a rock.

As a renter I believe you can run background checks and have a credit report pulled. If this is possible have your buddy do both and they should list last known addresses.

Then track the iceholes down and have someone lead pipe them.
