How was Jrue the vanilla pick?  Collison, Maynor, or Lawson would have been the Vanilla pick. Before the season, Jrue was a top 5 projected pick, who fell because he didn't play particularly well next to Collison.  Jrue obviously had the highest ceiling of the point guards left, so he's actually the opposite of vanilla.

Under Tony Dileo, the Sixers have drafted well.  Thad Young, Lou Williams and Korver in the 2nd round, Jrue Holiday, Iguodala, etc.  The only two misses were Rodney Carney (in a zesty draft) and taking Speights over the center crop that included Hibbert, McGee, and Jordan. 

As for MDS, if we're talking Friday Night Lights, I'd consider myself Matt Cerasain.   I dated the coach's hot daughter, Julie Taylor, then made her jealous with the hot cheerleader, then farged the hot Latina nurse, only to settle down with the older, more attractive Julie Taylor.  MDS, I'd say that you are Buddy JR.  A member of the special teams who injured himself doing the Samoan War Dance.  As for IGY, he's the assistant coach who works at Sears that secretly frequents the Dillon gay bar.
