I can't wait to carpool to work with you.  Then I'll be able to check off #3 on my bucket list.

We've got some stuff for logistics....shoot me an updated resume. If you have a clearance make sure it is noted towards the top.

It is Clearancejobs.com.....sorry.

Will do.

I'm guessing that clearancejobs.com are all jobs that require some level of security clearance?  I don't carry any clearance right now, as there is no current need.  But I did recently have my screening updated and remain eligible for a certain level that I'll not comment on here.

I'd check with your S2. A lot of  times you will have one and not know it. They generally keep them active, because when you need one, it's already too late as it can take up to a year to get a Secret one through the process. Also, if you have any kind of hook-up in the S-2, now is the time to use it. If you don't have one but can get one it's a game changer. Can't emphasize that enough.

IGY, where do you work? I'm looking to move on potentially. Work in the DC area - Alexandria currently. Have clearance, etc., and do project management currently.

speaking of Accenture

Ive been using the code ACC when booking Marriott hotels for 6+ years and it works like a charm. $60-$100 off the cost of rooms. Nobody has ever said a word to me when I check in. Peep it if youre a traveler and marriott member.

rjs246

Nice. I mean Marriott is for peasants, but good tip regardless.

Id love to hear why marriott is for peasants...this ought to be good.

I "worked" with a bunch of Accenture people for years, before I got blue collar religion and picked up a shovel.

But we didn't have shtein to do with insurance and as you can probably guess, I don't have anything useful to contribute.

The truth is that there is little reason for me to switch employers as I would literally be doing the same thing for more or less the same compensation, but I'm bored and I hate my clients and I keep trying to convince myself that I don't need to go back to school to stop hating my career while still being able to pay my mortgage. Ugh.

But seriously, Starwood. Boom.
