Braydon Coburn just beat the farging shtein out of Downie!

Munson

Hah holy shtein. Downie got a couple hits in early but coburn just used his size advantage and started beating the crap out of his face

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Downie won the first half of that fight but Coburn finally got smart and used his size to his advantage.

Seabiscuit36

LOL yeah he did.  Downie got a few in early, but Coburn just destroyed him.

Coburn, Downie scrap!  Downie got a few in but in the end he looked like a kid in the school yard getting the shtein kicked out of him.

That started earlier.  Downie was jawing at Coburn in the second period and ended up getting a fistful for his troubles.

Haha!  Man, that was great.

I thought Downie was shook after it, he stumbled on his skates.

BTW, great review of Voracek.  I think he just needs to get a few in and he'll be fine.  One thing about him that scares me is how he seemingly goes balls out for the puck at the risk of a huge hit.  He always just barely gets out of the way, but he puts himself in a dangerous position.  Of course he gets a tripping call as im typing this

ha...I was thinking the exact same thing. Very unigyish with that analysis. Not the lack of knowledge regarding the subject but the amount of objectivity he put into it.

Lousy end to a fairly decent effort tonight.  Stupid penalties will kill you every time, though.
