I watched that talk show or whatever they had on the other night and the writer of the comics said he loved that they added Daryl and liked that it's not completely the same as the novels.

I too think they're gonna kill off T-Dogg, but I thought they might avoid it just so they don't' get stuck with the "They killed off the two black people!" shtein. I also think either Andrea or Sophia (or both) are going to end up dead before long.

Isn't T-Dogg supposed to be based off of some character in the novels though?

No...there are two more black people who enter the fray a little later. Tyreese and Michone. Both become main characters and are two of the most popular characters in the graphic novel (especially Michone).

I like that they deviate from the graphic novel, that way the people who've read it don't know what to expect. For instance: [MAJOR SPOILER]Shane threatens Rick in the woods and Carl shoots Shane in the head killing him. At this point of the story (Herschels farm) Shane is dead. So I have no idea where they're going with his character. Also, Andrea isn't this big of a funhole. Her and Dale hook up. Further in the story she becomes an unbelievable sniper. Rick uses the hatchet. Michone (introduced later) uses a sword.

Yeah I had heard that spoiler before. I assume they're going to keep him around for a while longer then a lot of the novel fans are gonna like.

And I had heard rumors that maybe T-Dogg was supposedly based off of Tyreese, but that other then the T at the beginning of the name there hadn't been a lot of similarities yet.

Aside from them both being black they aren't at all similar. Tyreese was an ex-football star who was tough as nails (think of the Cole Train in GOW)...he also has a daughter. T-Dogg is just a boring character they threw in there.

i watched it once or twice last year and then the first few this year because i read that it was the highest rated cable series ever...which should have been hint number one that it sucked...last week slayed me when the stupid bitch is getting mad at dood for only being a veternarian

if my kid had just took a life threatening gunshot wound in a time when the majority of earth has turned to zombies id be absolutely thrilled that it just so happened to be in the backyard of anyone with a house not overun by zombies much less a man with medical training who had some medical supplies.....id be on my farging knees thanking him and my dumb luck....instead this slut curses him out because hes a vet and tells him hes in over his head.....lol @ in over his head....the earth is in over their head you dumb funhole...if you are upset about this why dont you take your annoying kid over to the nearest childrens hospital
