the thing is, if im a cards fan, i'm petrified that the phillies steal a couple of cheap runs and win the game because halladay is locked in.  and phillies fans have no hope of their offense scoring runs.

so what you have are two miserable fan bases right now, despite the score.

no way...cards fans always think puppies and tulips...guaranteed 99% of them think carpenter is going the distance and winning the game

STL fans don't get miserable. They lose and its aw shucks what a great year to sneak in the playoffs

I kind of wish Polanco had a strained oblique. 

Even the Cardinals are getting lucky injuries.
