In a weird way the loss helps the Phils.  Keeps the pressure on Atlanta (St. Louis now just 3½ games behind for the wild card) and makes them keep pressing on with their top players and pitchers.  Still hated to see the loss, though.

Schwimer pitched two games in a row - probably not the ideal situation for the kid.  ODB and his new penchant for giving up the long ball worry me, though.

ODB was out of his mind for 5 months. its about time things caught up with him.

hes not a hall of fame, other wordly pitcher like the numbers he was putting up. instead of these runs coming sporadically over the season they are coming right now.

what are the lil guy and sunny gonna do when the phillies dont win the world series....i love both of them but im seriously concerned about their health if this does not end well
