I like the move ok but don't know if he can do well as a wco QB or not. VY needed to go to a place as a backup, with low expectations and sit quietly behind a mentally tough leader he could learn from. It could bring out his potential.

Add another layer to the 'if somebody told me 3 years ago...' Eagles QB scenario. Who would have believed back then they'd have on the roster an emotionally fragile but athletically gifted QB. Wait, nm.

Technically, I don't believe it's tampering if a player's agent approaches another team, just vice versa, which could be the case.

I don't want to discourage this talk because I totally recognize the humor in it, but if the Eagles signed him to be a backup I would be totally fine with it. He would finally be exactly what he should be. A backup QB who might maybe someday get a chance to start if he works really hard and figures out how to play.
