altho im not against replay at all you dont necessarily need it either....what you need is to encourage umpires to change their call when they realize they made a mistake

this wasnt a bang bang play that could have gone either way and the umpire made the wrong call...this was a call the ump knew he got wrong on the field however the culture is that you cannot go back on your OG determination....this culture needs to be changed

I agree about the umpires refusing to correct themselves. Its ridiculous. Whats even worse is the attitude they have with players and coaches.
