Did you hear the knuckleheads on CSN mention that he has over 3,000 hits (MLB & Japan)?  shtein.  Wasn't he like the second or third fastest player to reach 2,000 hits in mlb history?

yeah over 3600...he has ten season of 200+ hits...in the phillies organizational history (almost a 130 years) they have a total of 30

the sick part about ichiro is that hes played ten years and never had a sub 200 hit season...like not even one year did he sneak in a 198 hit season or some shtein...thats outrageous...tho this year he wont make the mark

also his 262 mark is the all time record for most hts in a season...and i mean all time even going back to the 1800;s and early 1900's

We were supposed to have had a meeting in Seattle several years back and were scheduled to attend a Mariners game at Safeco.  My company shares a suite with a major retailer there.  We ended up moving the meeting elsewhere.  I have heard Safeco is a great ball park.

You look at this beautiful park and forget the Mariners played in that god forsaken shtein hole that was the Kingdome.  Went to a birds game there in 92 and kept trying to imagine playing a baseball game in that tomb.
