Just answered my own question from wikipedia:

She died as a result of a drug and alcohol overdose in 2003 in the home she shared with Lex Luger.[3]

Phreak wrestling was still good into the mid-late 90's...the last good year might have been 2000 or 2001-ish. But Undertaker/The Rock/Stone Cold/etc was good shtein. The Rock was always hilarious.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Nerd confession: Since I'm the type of person who longs for my childhood I've been watching old wrestling matches on youtube. I watched the Macho Man vs. The One Man Gang last week.

Some others I've watched include:
The British Bulldogs
The Hart Foundation (Bearhug clothesline)
Bundy And Studd vs. Hogan and Orndorff (Orndorff turned on Hogan)
Jake the Snake
Ricky Steamboat
Superfly Snuka
Demolition
LOD
Hercules
The Honkey Tonk Man
etc.

Watched a couple of late 90's stuff too like NWO, NWO Wolfpack the Rock, Stone Cold (when he was pimpin Austin 3:16) Mankind etc.

Hahahaha....I remember when Orndorff turned on Hogan.  Sad to say, but that was somewhat of a crushing moment in my childhood.

I remember in high school, learning about Orson Welles' "War of the Worlds" radio broadcast that sent people into quite a panic and everyone in my class laughed at how stupid people could be.  Then Y2K came around.  And now this.  People are farging dumb.
