Releivers should get booed all the time.  Even when they pitch well.  Hell, boo them while they come in from the bullpen and keep punishing them during their warm up pitches and don't stop until they leave the field. 

Lidge would have been fine if the fans booed back in 08.  All that positive reinforcement during the year made him soft in the offseason and he hasn't been the same since.

nah, usually Mondays and Tuesdays against the Nats or DBacks

Weird.  When I lived in Seattle and KC, they both always did $1 dog nights on Fridays....either every Friday or every other Fri.  I've been to a couple games in St Louis too and I'm pretty sure I remember hitting a dollar dog night on a Friday there as well.  I figured it was probably a standard Friday night promotion that teams copied from each other.
