What in thee hell! I asked if it was a recommendation or a law, also made a comment about the squished (imo) girl. It's just a recommendation.

Each state has laws for being in the carseat, and some/most states say by law you must be rear facing until a year or 20 lbs.

I've driven in over 30 states, and my vote goes to Maryland.  Some of the most boneheaded driving I have ever seen.

Any big city has its fair share of icehole drivers.  Nothing I've come across compares to L.A., though.  Not even New York.

i hate iceholes who are impervious to the fact that they have a line of cars behind them.  For me to get into civilization i have to ride on some roads that some would consider dicey, but when it opens up, its straight aways.  When the speedlimit is 55, please go 60.  If you're not going 65, you're getting passed.  And dont act like im the icehole, i travel this shtein every day.  farging tourists

Saying that you hate bad drivers is like saying that you hate humanity. Other than people who drive exactly the same way that I do I think that everyone is a bad driver. And since no one on the planet drives as well as I do that means that I hate all drivers. So, can we stop talking about this boring shtein now? Dickholes.
