Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

hes actually taken five of those 18 shots...not saying hes good at it but he def factors in the last second sets they have been running...and thats where the problem is...how to work three guys that are used to doing everything on their own at that stage of the game and now having to (potentially) spread it around

yea lebron sucks

Never said that.  He's the most talented player in the league and the best player on the court for 46 minutes.  But he doesn't have that killer instinct that the greats do.....Jordan, Bird, Kobe, etc.  Wade in crunch time makes plays that Lebron doesn't.

no matter what he does people are always gonna bash lebron cause of how he left cleveland

I bash him for both.  His play in the playoffs, especially last year was pitiful.  As great as he is and as talented as he is, he doesn't have the mental game down.  He's a little soft in the head and comes up small in big spots.  He sometimes even looks scared in crunch time when the pressure is on.  Let him do his thing for 3.5 quarters and then give the ball to Wade to close it out.

I swear, Screamin A reads this site because he was just on ESPN Radio in LA about an hour ago and said this verbatim.

you havent watched his whole career if you think all he does is come up small in clutch spots

also people way to often equate clutch with only game winning shots...for example if you want someone to take a last second shot youd take kobe over lebron...but no one in the nba has been better than lebron in the last five minutes of games and overtimes...he has time and time again taken over games down the stretch...25 straight pts in the fourth quarter and two overtimes of a playoff game...that is a record that will never be broken

imo his struggles this year have to do with having to share the ball and detrmining how he fits with wade and bosh in crunch time

BronBron's hit some clutch shots, no doubt.  But when he comes up small, he seems to come up really small.  Last year's playoff series against Boston was a total mail in after he hit a gw 3 in game 3 or 4 I think.

He's the best player in the league.  He's a lot of fun to watch.  He's made some clutch shots in his career.  But something's happened to him over the last 2 or 3 years that seems to have softened him up.  When he led Cleveland to the finals a few years back, he was a farging maniac.  He doesn't seem to be that guy anymore.  I don't hate the guy and I don't fancy myself as a Lebron basher (although I'll always rip him whenever "The Decision" gets brought up because he handled it like a jackass).  I'm a fan of what he can do on the court.  But he's gone soft batch in big moments/big games over the last couple of years....especially this year.

lol @ a total mail in....he had 27 pts 19 rebounds and 10 assists in game 6....and now all of a sudden hes fallen off over the last three years ?...makes no sense whatsoever...what you are thinking of is his horrible game 5...but i guess one bad playoff game means you are not clutch and have fallen off

hes the same player now as he has been since he entered the league.....its just that people are hyper sensitive because the heat are trying to work thru how to run their end of game sets...pile on the top of that massive pressure because of what the three of them did this offseason you see what is happening

can i ask why dwayne wade is still clutch but lebron isnt?...wade has been equally as bad at end of games this year as lebron has not won a playoff round since they won a title (4-12 playoff record) and lebron has been more clutch than wade over their respective careers....but now out of nowhere lebron should not touch the ball at end of games and wade should?

makes no sense and people are just piling on lebron because of his espn announcment fiasco last summer and either completely ignoring or not knowing the reality of the situation

Van Gundy on the Heat:
Quote"I chuckle when they complain about the scrutiny they get. My suggestion would be if you don't want the scrutiny, don't hold a championship celebration before you've even practiced together. It's hard to go out yourself and invite that kind of celebration & attention, and then when things aren't going well, sort of bemoan the fact that you're getting that attention."

ice grillin you

i dont pay that much attention to the heat but have they really complained a lot about the scrutiny

every interview ive heard from them they seem to be pretty up front in saying we arent getting it done we need to fix it and stick together...ect.ect.ect...

yeah, they haven't complained about it at all.

Midget Van Gundy was just waiting all year for someone to say something so he could drop that line, he probably figured this was going to be the best chance he had.

Wade seemed to be pretty passive aggressive in his comments after the last game, but it was one of the first times I've seen it from them this year.

yeah the pile on fest is in full force...im not even saying they dont deserve it...i cant stomach lebron for what he did and chris boshs antics at the intro ceremony makes him one of the most detestable human beings on the planet but christ just because you hate them doesnt mean you should make up shtein...just be happy that they have choked their asses off and not beaten any good teams the whole year so far

Wade made a snarky comment the other day about how everyone is happy they're struggling.

I hope they lose in the first round.

The BIGSTUD

There are about 10 games left(9 after tonight) and I think I'm going to officially declare this topic an overwhelming success. Pretty much everything I said about the Heat was just right on the money(refer to my sig for details). Since there is no way they are going to do anything in the playoffs, this has 'win' just written all over it.

I coined the usage of that before Sheen btw.

With 10 games to go, I have made a grand total of $9,455 on the Miami Heat this season. The only thing I bought was that TV I told you guys about. I'm looking forward for the next team I can sniff out as a fraud like this one and hopefully make everyone some big earnings like I made myself with the Heat.

Onward and upward. :)
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Who has gone farthest? for I would go farther,
And who has been just? for I would be the most just person of the earth,
And who most cautious? for I would be more cautious,
And who has been happiest? O I think it is I--I think no one was
ever happier than I,
And who has lavish'd all? for I lavish constantly the best I have,
And who proudest? for I think I have reason to be the proudest son
alive--for I am the son of the brawny and tall-topt city,
And who has been bold and true? for I would be the boldest and
truest being of the universe,
And who benevolent? for I would show more benevolence than all the rest,
And who has receiv'd the love of the most friends? for I know what
it is to receive the passionate love of many friends,
And who possesses a perfect and enamour'd body? for I do not believe
any one possesses a more perfect or enamour'd body than mine,
And who thinks the amplest thoughts? for I would surround those thoughts,
And who has made hymns fit for the earth? for I am mad with
devouring ecstasy to make joyous hymns for the whole earth.
