Maybe that's what I was thinking of.....vs the "elite" teams in the league, not just those above .500.  But I do know they've played a lot of good teams in Miami and have a crappy home record against them.

ice grillin you

no you are probably thinking of .500 teams cause their record against those teams isnt great...i wanna say its one game under or over .500

They're just a bad team. I had to brag, but boy was I right on the money with this thread. It's already a success and the season isn't over yet.

If you are a Sixers fan just pray you get the Heat in the first round. They'll win their first playoff series in a long time.

LeBron is less clutch than Keith Van Horn.

they arent terrible they just arent ready yet to win a title

and btw you are determined to be clutch in the playoffs not the regular season

lebron has hit game daggers in the playoffs...he also scored 25 straight points to win a playoff series once

hes not jordan but you are reaching as usual to say hes a choker

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

LeBron = 2/57 in game winning or tying shots in career for both regular season and playoffs.

The blind squirrel theory applies here to him. Sure he had a couple good moments, but I'd rather have Iguodala take a big shot in a big game than this loser. Anyone who knows the game would too.

I don't think you can win a championship with him. He's kind of a loser.

Fixed

I actually don't know how the stats break down among individual players but when it's game tying/game winning shot time, D-Wade should have the ball more often than not.  I'll take him in crunch time any day of the week over BronBron.

What the heck happened to Geo?  Haven't heard from him since last summer.

yea lebron sucks

Never said that.  He's the most talented player in the league and the best player on the court for 46 minutes.  But he doesn't have that killer instinct that the greats do.....Jordan, Bird, Kobe, etc.  Wade in crunch time makes plays that Lebron doesn't.

I bash him for both.  His play in the playoffs, especially last year was pitiful.  As great as he is and as talented as he is, he doesn't have the mental game down.  He's a little soft in the head and comes up small in big spots.  He sometimes even looks scared in crunch time when the pressure is on.  Let him do his thing for 3.5 quarters and then give the ball to Wade to close it out.

ice grillin you

you havent watched his whole career if you think all he does is come up small in clutch spots

also people way to often equate clutch with only game winning shots...for example if you want someone to take a last second shot youd take kobe over lebron...but no one in the nba has been better than lebron in the last five minutes of games and overtimes...he has time and time again taken over games down the stretch...25 straight pts in the fourth quarter and two overtimes of a playoff game...that is a record that will never be broken

imo his struggles this year have to do with having to share the ball and detrmining how he fits with wade and bosh in crunch time
