i dont know if im so gun shy due to bob or if im confident in boucher....probably some of both...but i feel an eeery sense of faith in boucher this year...i havent worried about him since the summer or maybe into the first month of the season...where as bob im scared everytime the other team shoots

dont get me wrong i get your overall point and its beyond ridiculous how they have mis handled that position over the years...i also wouldnt be shocked in the least if boucher faltered in the playoffs this year but right now i feel really good about him

I still have the dropping feeling in my gut every time Boucher is in the net. he's played well this year, but I keep expecting the Boucher we all know and want to punch in the balls to show up and let in a pile of weak ass goals at terrible times.

This has to be to clear up space for a possible trade. I still think they're going after a goalie, possibly Vokoun.

more likely bartulis injury is bad and they need to do something for a defenseman

It was reported on sportsrise that O'Donnell might not be out as long as they first expected. They reported he could be back within the week. Any Phantom can fill the 6th spot for a few games until he's back.

yeah but if bartulis is out for the year they may want matt walker up on the big roster for the rest of the year....something they couldnt do without making room
