Anyone had a crappy meal at a cheap joint lately?

i can get good hoagies from a pizza shop

but they had a great chicken cutlet sammie with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe

i haven't seen anyone else have broccoli rabe up where i live.

I don't know the name of the place in Reading Terminal Market who sells them but I would fly there twice a week to get them if I was rich.

That's the one.   I was coming back from a Phils game this summer and jumped off the subway just to get one.  I'd gladly kill several ethnic groups for one right now.

Why?  Because salads suck.

i was in chicago for a week and had pizza a few times.  while every place was delicious, i'll take new york style any day of the week. deep dish was just too much of a meal.

i got armands all the time when i lived in arlington. they all closed though.

King of Pizza in Cherry Hill consistently has the best sausage pizza around.

theres one right by union station...i believe the one in upper nw is still there as well...and there are at least two i know of in the md burbs

shake shack is opening up about two blocks from my office today. anyone ever had it? some new york people i know rave about it but i can't imagine it's any better than the burger places we already have here.

i dont know that it really counts as fast food but steak n shake is as good as it gets for those kinds of eats
