was traded about 4 years ago with Eric Meloche for Matt Ellison and a 3rd-rd pick that eventually became Jon Matsumoto

so i read that chris pronger stole the puck from the cup finals and is holding it hostage, saying hell sell it someone for 50k and donate the cash to charity.

that is awesome. this guy is humongous unapologetic dick. i like him.

He actually is holding the game 2 puck. He wasn't on the ice for the game 6 puck, he was on the bench when the game ended.

harry careys evidently put a bounty out for 50K for someone to retreive the puck and give it to them..

pronger said if they want to out up the cash, they can have the puck - of course, no word from harrys yet. big Hoydas.

pronger might have better served his team if he concentrated on keeping pucks from going in the net rather than worry about taking them out of it

Pronger was the best player on any team in the playoffs last season. He can steal the goalies cup in the middle of the game for all I care.

He's entitled to one bad game, especially since he was logging 35-40 minutes a game the entire playoffs vs. the other teams number 1 pairings and he's not exactly a finesse player. They were grind it out wear down minutes. His play in front of the net single handedly carried the Flyers to the cup. That won't be a problem this season with the depth they have.
