I'm using online chat for techinical support for my home theater system.  The Netflix app keeps crashing it only plays BluRay discs, but not regular DVD's and I'm probably going to have to send it to the factory for repair.  Never used online chat for this before but it's pretty cool because I'm at work and if someone needs something or if I have to take a phone call, this dude on the other end has to just sit there and wait for me.  I dropped a duce and left him hanging for like 5 minutes.  This is awesome.

Summitt sent a Schick Hydro 5 along with the car parts I ordered. Unless their blades are ridiculously more expensive than whatever the latest Gillette one is (profusion?) which I don't think is possible, it's the new prefered razor

Hahahahahahaha.  Good for her.  Banks/Mortgage Companies have been screwing their customers for years and this old bag of bones is screwing them back.  Granted, it's not like she's going to drive these guys out of business, but the fact remains that they still haven't gotten their money, they've probably lost a good deal of money in attorney fees and they're getting beat up with the same tactics that they typically use to beat down financially strapped opponents by burying them in paperwork.  She's doing this all on her own, so it's not costing her a dime to file her appeals.  Corporate farging whores getting a small taste of their own medicine.  I love it.
