I like watching disfunctional millionaires with spoiled kids who just had to show up for work on time to keep a gravy job and couldn't do it.

Maher is back on tonight

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

SD

Martin Short was annoying but otherwise a solid show.

MDS

i still love maher but isnt he basically turning into a skinnier, funnier version of rush?
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

SD

Yeah he's a liberal but he doesn't defend every little thing the Democrats do. He calls Obama out on issues and doesn't aimlessly defend him. He's also funny, admits he uses drugs, and is laid back. Polar opposite of Rush if you ask me.

MDS

im talking about the ego and the polarizing rhetoric...its the same kind of act rush and all them do

not that the good guys dont need someone to call it like it is but i just he wasnt such a slimy douchenozzle. the clapter and over whelming left wing love has gone to his head.

and i thought you were a rightie? cause a good liberal would not be so ignorant on climate change.

I'm a registered Democrat. But that doesn't mean I agree with everything that a good lil liberal is supposed to. I wish more people believed in what they feel is right and not what some political party says they should. I disagree with the left on global warming/climate change but for the most part I agree with their beliefs. So I lean to the left.

I also consider myself a Christian. I hate organized religion, churches and that whole culture (especially the conservative mind set). Dio probably shouldn't read this next part but to me:

Jesus would be for the poor
Jesus would be for free healthcare
Jesus would be against a large military
Jesus would be for gun control

Abortion is a non issue because it doesn't matter what party is in office they aren't passing laws against the practice.

So with that being said I don't know how Republicans align themselves with Christianity, it's one of the most baffling bass ackwards things I have ever come across.

Didn't mean to hijack this thread

and go farg yourself.

i love how people like to think they know what jesus would think if he were alive today

heres a thought: who gives a shtein

Can we at least agree that the fawning adulation directed towards Maher hasn't improved his sense of humility?
There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists." - Yosemite Park Ranger

NCIS: Los Angeles immediately follows NCIS. It's nice to have that all in one place.

Looks like Carell is leaving The Office w/ 4 episodes left in the season, so they're probably going to build towards a cliffhanger where we don't find out the new boss until September
