Yeah he has had some really bad draft picks.  Should be interesting to see who gets that job next. 

They took Tebow in the 1st right?

And traded a 2010 1st rounder for Alphonso Smith. Who they ended up trading to DET for a backup TE.

He also drafted Robert Quinn a TE that no one had as anything higher than a 4th in the second.

and the draft board that year was getting short of rated players. They ran out of players who they had graded as draftable.

Weis and Crennel are doing well as coordinators.

Not denying that.  There's just some people that are better as coordinators than head coaches (Ray Rhodes, Mornhinweg, Childress?).  Belichick's 4 are something like 30 games below .500 combined.

Pretty sure Ed was just commenting on how bad Belichick's assistants have been as head coaches now that McDaniels got axed.

And on that note, Reid has spawned Chilly and Harbaugh, so I guess he's batting .500.  In fact, Reid has produced more quality head coaches than kids.
