vick is by far more fun to watch and that's all i care about.

I agree with this

ice grillin you

i actually would be more excited to see cobbs development or lack of development because it means much more to the team but i will never complain about watching vick...especially when the team sucks...its like we are counting on vick to win...just look good losing

He'd be less exciting to watch if the Eagles had a good O-line. Their zesty O-line makes him that much more dynamic. The stars are aligned.

ha....this is true...like randall in techmo

btw i am reading the other CF and its suprisingly calm on the vick cobb matter...not in the kind of responses but in the number of them....maybe its just that there isnt a lot of traffic on the board but i was hoping for an implosion and its not there

also they refer to vick as convick

i'd like to know their thought on arian foster.  i bet their brains are exploding.

what I dont get is why put the stamp on Vick being the starter no matter what for the rest of the season after just 2 games? If he plays like dogshtein for 3-4 games in a row, you dont put Kolb in?

why not just say Vick is playing too well right now, he's the starter for game 3....to at least give Kolb some hope down the road or the confidence when he does get on field barring bad play/injury to vick or something? if this guy goes back onto the field its almost like hes destined to fail.

i thought this is exactly what andy said yesterday.  indefinitely...meaning if he sucks then kolb is back.

reese125

oh i didnt hear him say that. it sounded from all media reports like vick was the starter regardless...my bad if I heard wrong

ice grillin you

yeah he didnt say anything either way long term...he said vick was playing to well to sit right now

I wouldn't say Vick is on a short leash (pun!) but it definitely has its limit.

really tho at this point does it much matter what andy says?

Brackett had just 4 tackles yesterday.  Considering how much and how effectively Houston ran the ball with Arian "Heil Hitler" Foster, that's a very poor performance.

There is no doubt in my mind that Pat Angerer would be just as good as Clay Matthews and Brian Cushing if he was a starter.  He was good during the preseason and although he never received the hype that those two did this kid can flat out play.

I was watching the highlights of new NFL superhero Arian Foster shred the Colts' sorry, undersized defense. This is the same Foster that ran in the 4.7's prior to the 2009 draft.  Toby Gerhert could be doing the same thing or more if they had drafted him.

My new favorite is the running back on the Houston Texans, Arian Foster.  Somehow I doubt he receives too many "Roman salutes."

Reid claimed that the only person he discussed the move with prior to making the decision was Kolb.  Everyone else was after the fact.  The media seems to be leaning toward believing him.  Thoughts?
