When you give up a first round pick and pay someone tons of money that is exactly what he is if he isn't completely dominant.

pretty much concur

lets agree to go bust and drop the epic?

I can work with that.

I really thought Sapp had a chance to stick around.  He has some sweet skills.

Me too - he will make the team next year. He needs to bulk up a bit and work on developing another pass rush move.

SD

I didn't see much from Sapp at camp or in preseason games that makes me think he'll amount to much. He needs to add about 30 lbs. of muscle. I think his ceiling is Chris Clemons.

ice grillin you

he has more talent in his left scroat than clemons whole family tree...whether he manifests it is another story but i dont think its possible for two players to have more different ceilings
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

SD

He's basically Bryan Smith. $20 says he doesn't make the 2011 opening day roster (on the Eagles) either.

How about Wally Richardson and Peyton Manning?  Cody Ransom and HOF Brown?  PhillyGirl and Kevin Durant?

Fine.  You should stick to sucking at your own brand of humor.

Jamaal Jackson - likely torn bicep

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat

Line played better once he and Peters went out. So far I'm wondering if that's really going to be a bad thing going forward. Have to see how they do next week.

PhillyPhreak54

Peters wasnt out long though, he came back in.

Eagles lose Jackson to torn biceps, Weaver to torn ACL

Posted by Michael David Smith on September 12, 2010 8:02 PM ET
The Philadelphia Eagles lost a football game to the Green Bay Packers, and they also lost two offensive starters to major injuries.

Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed after the game that center Jamaal Jackson suffered a torn biceps, and fullback Leonard Weaver suffered a torn ACL.

Jackson suffered what had been termed an elbow injury in the second quarter. Weaver's knee bent the wrong way in a pileup.
