That literally might have been the best UFC I have ever watched.  All the fights were great.  Lesnar was getting his ass beat and came back to win.  The Leben fight was just unreal how can you not love watching that guy? Same with Stephan Bonnar.

The Leben fight has to be a candidate for fight of the year.  great one.    Lesnar won by choke in the 2nd, but almost was stopped by punches in the 1st.   great card all around.

So, Lesnar almost was knocked out, but won on a choke? Would you say his wrestling skills were better and thats why he won, when it went to the ground?

He won because the ref didn't stop it in the first and he's lucky there was a point where I thought they were going to call it and Lesner said it himself in his press conference. He got dominated in the 1st, both wrestling and strikes. Lesner got on top of him in the 2nd and choked him out with a really strange choke. Thats the name of the game he survived the punches and he came out on top despite getting knock around like nobody has ever knock him around. He felt pain and it knocked some respect into the guy which is good because he needed it. Rematch is def. in the future and I cannot wait.

i believe he won because Carwin punched himself out in the first round. When Lesner didnt get knocked out in the 1st round, Carwin had nothing left in the 2nd round.  Lesner came out and put on the pressure, Carwin had nothing to fight back with.   No surprise as Carwin has never fought outside of the 1st round before.  He needs to work on pacing.  props to Lesner for better athleticism and heart on that one.

Lesnar must be tough to have gotten' past the first round. No one else has vs Carwin. Was the ref close to stopping it? Can't see how any ref would stop a fight that big in the first, unless Lesnar was really getting beat down and close to getting killed. Can't wait to see this fight posted on youtube.

hard to tell what the ref thought, but it seemed close.   Ref was smart to let it play out.  It aint easy being an MMA ref I know that much.
