he has been for a while except for game 5.   he broke his stick after Boucher looked like dog shtein.. so that's something.

The worst part for me is that they're being outplayed physically.

That was one the Flyers need to steal.  Niemi was bad.  Leighton/Boucher was worse.

yup.  it was basically two teams going wide open fully rested and fully motivated and the flyers came up short because of goaltending.  it's not an excuse because like you said neimi was equally as atrocious.  their outskilled and need an x factor like a good goaltender which they don't have.  they can't go down 2 games to them and now it looks inevitable.  maybe Richards will like do something so they can steal game 2.  I won't wait for that though.

1st period I'd agree with you.  The 2nd tilted towards the Hawks, and the third Chicago dominated.
