Wingo just listed the Eagles (sort of offhandedly) as one of the "Big winners" of the draft, saying how they (paraphrasing) "always draft well."

That made me chuckle after reading this thread for three days.

I don't know that the Eagles draft that well at least not any better than anybody else.

A lot of the media guys also just give good grades to whatever teams make the most picks.

Draft grades have no impact on reality though so who gives a shtein.

Jevan Snead and Donovan Warren made super smrt decisions to leave school early

I swear I remember reading some mocks back in july and august of last year that had Snead going #1 overall in the draft.

McShay said he was a top 5 pick and Kiper had him in the top 15.  Snead had a disastrous season and he would have had a worse one in 2011 with McCluster & Hodge both leaving for the NFL.

He had no choice but to take his chances this weekend.

Seabiscut and I heard that as well but than again it was after a night of sniffing glue and spray paint.
