QuoteThe U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia is scheduled to hear oral arguments Wednesday in a lawsuit arising from the New England Patriots' secret videotaping of New York Jets coaches in a game at Giants Stadium in 2007.

The suit was filed by a Jets season ticket holder who also is an attorney in New Jersey, and it claims the Patriots' actions "violated the contractual expectations and rights of New York Jets ticketholders" who paid to watch a game played in compliance with the league's rules.

QuoteNew Orleans Saints offensive lineman Carl Nicks made a surprise visit at Nebraska's practice on Wednesday to apologize to coach Bo Pelini and athletic director Tom Osborne for bad behavior when he was a Cornhusker.

wtf is going on with pro athletes?  a few months ago there was that dude from the pats who opted to turn down a few hundred k so he could finish his degree because he wanted to set a positive example for his kids.  and now there's this guy apologizing to his old coach and athletic director for being an idiot while in college because he felt it was the right thing to do.

I have a new found respect for John Gruden after watching that QB special on ESPN. Loved how he was dropping knowledge to those kids.

SunMo

i wanted to see that and missed it.  the little clips they were showing on sportscenters were great though.  it was awesome when he told colt mccoy to lose his southern drawl

Gruden's time with Colt McCoy was one of the worst things I've ever seen. Talking to him about his Texas twang was just brutal.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

gruden can do that because you know he sounds like george plimpton and shtein
