Anyone seen a good movie lately?

Saw "It Might Get Loud" this afternoon.

There was a scene where Jimmy Page starts playing the opening riffs to Whole Lotta Love and The Edge & Jack White just look at each other and smile like they're thinking, "holy shtein this is awesome".  Pretty much describes the experience of watching three musical geniues for an hour and a half.

A+   Highly recommended.

Finally watched Kill Bill 1 in its entirety. Might be my favorite Terentino movie yet.

Great music, animation, story, cast, action, humor.

Can't wait until Kill Bill 2 comes out in theaters.

I recently watched it myself. Killer movie, Uma Thurman, shes not the drop dead gorgeous type but theres something about her. And yeah, the music was the shtein, like most other Terentino movies. After the showdown scene I had to do a search for the 6,7,8's. Neat ass Japanese all girl garage band.

hes currently doing a kung fu movie in collaboration with eli roth where he writes and directs

he also scored ghost dog which was his best work and imo a better movie than kill bill

rewatched slapshot again. its vaulted past hoosiers as the 2nd greatest sports movie ever. only behind rocky. my god has the movie held up.

meanwhile i also watched broadcast news. and that has held up as well as rjs on dollar beer night at the richmond va.

broadcast news remains the worst movie i've ever seen.  and not in a hyperbolic sense either.  simply horrendous on every level.

the behind the scenes tv stuff, which was like 5% of the movie, was good for me since im a geek for that stuff. but other than that it was brutal. i wouldnt call it the worst movie ive ever seen, but lets just  say a night with reece and cole sounds more amusing.
