god forbid they should show highlights of things people actually like. weve already established your an buffoon racist who hates basketball because its not played in some corn field in indiana with good ol white boys who set picks and box out. we know this. but most other sports fans like hoops and like college ball and the nba.

i suggest you accept it while being one of the 25 people watching predators/sharks.

i also try to avoid sportscenter as much as possible too.  espn2 with mike and mike while i'm getting ready for work.  listen to cowherd on my way to work.  maybe turn on pti while i'm at work.  after work and on weekends, the only time i turn on espn is if they're broadcasting a game i want to watch.  i'd honestly say that over the last year or so, i've probably watched no more than 2 total hours of sportscenter....and about 10min of that was a piece they did last week on the 80 olympic hockey team.  overall, it's almost completely unwatchable for me.

no trades imminent now, there are people who have said that Hamhuis likes the comfort of Nashville and wouldn't re-sign here even if traded.  the flyers want him to commit to a long term deal before they trade for him.

Emery is officially out for the year and has the same hip injury that ended Bo Jackson's career.

Sucks because he actually played well for being out of the league for the year, and if he continued to improve they might have finally had a long term solution at goalie.

hasnt that been the case since the early days of hextall? i remember shuffling between a washed up hextall and garth snow, john vanbeisbrouck, someone named brian boucher, roman checkmanek, and on and on and on.

pretty depressing. i suggest following temple hoops instead.

beezer had a decent little run with the flyers.  i actually watched from time to time because for some reason, i actually liked watching him.  same goes for hextall.

Checked the score after the movie and it was 7-2 final. Nice.
