It was Daisher who called it PG. Reid was deflecting blame.

Munson

Reid also says it starts with him and he needs to get the guys in better posistions to make plays etc...which is true a lot of times. But I have no doubt Reid tries to take any and all blame even when the blame isn't his.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Drunkmasterflex

I don't care who called that is the second time they have called a TO before a punt.  Really? Once was bad, twice is just inexcusable.  Reason number god knows what this team won't win it all with Reid as the HC.

my bigger problem was, and still is, Reid's unfathomable choice to kick a 53 yd FG on 4th and 2 in Dallas territory.

my impatience wanted them to go for it obviously because they down 17-0, but you cant fault a team going for the 3 points at the start of the 3rd quarter, and if successful only being down 2 scores.

akers was on fire making fg's up to that point.

What the farg is WRONG with you? You can't fault a team for going for 3 points? You sure as hell can! It was the dumbest call of the entire game.

no it wasnt. you need points on the board in a game like that....and it was the start of the third. 2 yard pickups have never been easy for this team

if the defense wasnt so horrible AND if it was like a 35 yard fg AND it was 3rd and 8 that might be valid

in that situation down 17 going for an extremely low % three points with only two yards to go was beyond stupid

Oh good grief.

You're down 17-0. 17-0.

You've shown ZERO killer instinct all game.

You're getting blown out, on the road, in the most important game of the year.

You just ran the ball 8 yards.

You've been passing all game so running the ball again would have actually been another surprise to the defense.

You NEED a TD to change the momentum of the game RIGHT THERE. 3 points wasn't going to do it.

You're a moron.

lol...in a game like what?

was it a low scoring slugfest where three points was a huge number?

no it was a game where your defense couldnt get off the field and you were down by 17

Oh good grief.

You're down 17-0. 17-0.--like i said 3rd quarter its not do or die

You've shown ZERO killer instinct all game.--then why go for it when you have the opp for points when akers has made a 52 yarder this year and on fire

You're getting blown out, on the road, in the most important game of the year.--not a blow out..take it easy

You just ran the ball 8 yards.--the pass was incomplete prior to 4th down

You've been passing all game so running the ball again would have actually been another surprise to the defense.--you mean big suprise to us fans and reid

You NEED a TD to change the momentum of the game RIGHT THERE. 3 points wasn't going to do it.--for a third time it was the start of the 3rd quarter...dont get your panties in a bunch

You're a moron.--I love you.

reese125

not to mention had Akers made it nobody would be bitching...plus he missed it by a toenail

ice grillin you

theres no such thing as being on fire from 50+ yards...its a low % play for even the best kickers and is a crap shoot at best

17-0 at half isnt a blowout?....even if you dont believe that you had to follow the game to know that 17-0 was not even close to as bad as the game actually was

before that fg attempt dallas drives consisted of 11 - 13 - 10 and 8 plays respectively
