yea, there's that 10%...stupid move though.  UCF/USF in St. Pete makes more sense

MDS

the whole set bowl areas is silly.

why cant things just get logically worked out. like rutgers/temple @ the linc. dont matter when.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

BigEd76

welp it's not Toronto either.....it's the EagleBank in DC vs either Army (if they beat Navy) or UCLA

MDS

awesome

might be able to make that. might.

its not just computers...there are voters involved as well....and while i love the nfl system as is....i dont think there are to many people that would be upset with computers and voters putting indy and new orleans in the superbowl

What if those voters decided a Favre/Manning matchup would be more entertaining and left the Saints out?

and if the NFL had a voting system, the 2005 Steelers and 2007 Giants wouldn't have been considered for one second

you dont have to worry about that because the nfl plays it out...the point is the college system gets the best two teams in their final as much if not more than the pro system does....the difference is the college system has a season long playoff where as the nfl has a three week playoff
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

its not about getting its about having a preferance...and i love the college system how it is...doesnt mean i want it in the pros but it works wonderfully in college...theres a reason cfb is the best sport going

so your preference is for media and coaches to pre determine that florida, alabama and texas are the best teams and to give no one else a shot unless 2 of those teams lose.

future taterskin (?) Jimmy Clausen is entering the draft

Rome

colt's the future, dude.

brennan, that is.

that is incredibly accurate

Brian Kelly takes the Notre Dame job.  "Have fun getting slaughtered by Florida in New Orleans, kids.  I'm outta here..."

MDS

what a fraud. bails on his school so he can team before the biggest game in program history to go coach a fading giant. well done, dick.

Rome

nothing says "fading giant" like a team with its own television contract.

MDS

nobody gives a shtein about being on nbc to play uconn and pitt in the cold of MA when they could be on cbs and espn in the south playing lsu and florida

And speaking of fading giants, FSU just landed the ESPN #5 recruit (CB Lamarcus Joyner) in the country today after landing the #6 (LB Jeff Luc) last week.

Bobby Who?
