Will Andy ever understand that a running game opens up the pass  ???

here's how it works, dummy:

the pass opens up the shotgun, which opens up the play action, which opens up the flea flicker, which opens up the hb option which opens up run.

Thought I saw Marty calling the plays.

True. After the DeSean TD McNabb ran over and pointed at Marty and gave him a high five

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

ok, time to go call my buddy in NY who is a life long giants fan

putting a lot of faith in reid not getting outcoached in the 2nd half?

speaking of reid, might as well point out that he's called a fairly good game so far.  other than the weaver td run, there hasn't been much in the ground game but he's still mixing in enough carries to keep the giants honest.

That's the thing.  You don't have to be killing them on the ground.  All Reid has to do is show the D that he will run the ball...and that's enough.  I know it... you know it... most of us know it... don't know why Reid can't get it figured out.

That's the way to start the half!

First time in history, dating back to 1933, Eagles dropped 30 on the g-men in the first half

Now there's the Andy I know and hate.

Even up 23 pts. I"m pissed that this "professional" coach or the ownership cannot grasp it or change it.

If he is, can we have a Zorn moment and strip fat ass of all play calling responsibilities FOREVA?

That's what boggles the mind, like in the raiders game. How come he can't see the obvious everyone else and their grandmother can? I think he sees it as being disciplined and sticking to a game plan, but there's got to be room for adjustments sometime. That said, all good today.

lol @ getting juked by sheli....repeatedly

it's worth pointing out.  again.

shorebird

He's made somewhat of an adjustment letting Marty call the plays against a division rival like the Giants.

Sean Jones has had a very good game minus that PI a few plays ago.  He looks more like the guy who played for the Bulldogs, and not what he was the beginning of this year

I hate the way Shady holds the ball when he runs
