no advantage...unless of course youre in a league where your team gets PPR and the teams you play against dont

hes just another wr who gets pts...however he happens to get his from receptions rather than yards or td's...

for example he had a monster amount of catches last night and still didnt crack the top ten in pts for wr/te this week

Here's the thing...TD and yardage points aren't a guarentee....but if the guy can catch and gets the ball thrown to him, he's at least going to get some points.

He could end up with 25 yards for all I care, as long as it takes him 8 catches to do so. He's my 3rd WR, and having a 100+ catch guy as a 3rd WR is an advantage.
