PS I love that we're only 5 months into his presidency and he has already "broken" all these promises....not that he doesn't still have 3 and a half years to get all those promises realized or anything.

Unfortunately he's finding out it takes two to tango....he can try and want those things all he wants, but he's gotta get the rest of DC to fall in line. I think he still can.

Kevorkian is an American hero. I sometimes wish my grandparents had used his services instead of wasting away in useless agonizing pain for years without the ability to care for themselves.

It's a hard stance to take, but too many people suffer for too long in the name of simply prolonging their lives without any discernible gain.

I had to debate for the death penalty in my public speaking class. My main argument to it being illegal was: why is alright for the US to use the death penalty as a means of punishment but make it illegal to use it to ease someones suffereing. I stumped my opponent and pretty much won the debate on that issue.

yeah he wanted to work in a fortress live with 24 hour bodguards and have his family constantly worry about his survival

and before last week i doubt there were more than a handful of people in the country who knew his name....i highly doubt he was looking to get famous

Obama ran on ending Bushes mistake of going into Iraq.  I believe Obama's position was "that it was the greatest foreign policy error of all time" and he would end it.
