You know, ordinarily I'd say that this does NOT qualify as a success (right).  Of course, when you look like an extra from The Hills Have Eyes (left) anything's an improvement.

I have to say though, I did feel sorry for that lady and the face transplant is pretty remarkable. That said,  how she ever got her face shot off with a shotgun and survived is something we better hope the undead don't ever find out about.
