QuoteNO, I'm saying the money could have been better spent on mortagages than how it's being used now,  by being thrown into government institutions.

Alright, I know how it could have been better spent. Fathom this - What if we did things like immediately invest in upgrading our infrastructure to stimulate jobs, rebuild crumbling schools, make a huuuggee investment in green technologies and alternative energys, put the mechanisms in place to develop inter-city high speed rail, upgrade internet infrastructure throughout the country - Particularly in rural areas, Modernize our health care records and make a big downpayment towards implementing true universal health care?

Would these sorts of things be better for the country than would paying off your mortage so that you can go out and buy that jet ski you've had you eye on?

so for you, when does immediately begin? like as soon as possible? in the near future? when the next election cycle begins? just wondering Mr. Biden.

WTF:
QuoteAnd yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se. It is civil. But anyway, going after those as well."

So our director of DHS says that someone who comes into our country illeagally is not breaking the stated laws of this country. this woman is 100% retarded. Say what you will about immigration, but what country in their right ass mind would not view someone who walks into another country illegally not as a crime. good googlie mooglie. I wonder how mexico deals with the illegal immigrants who come up from central america? I bet they welcome them with open arms!

So anyhow, it turns out that the liars in the Bush administration (i.e. Dick Cheney and others) repeatedly tortured Al-Whatshisface 183 times in hopes of forcing him to divuldge some connection between Iraq and Al-Qaeda. Failing, the administration continued to argue this connection to the public and eventually lied enough times to lead us into the war in Iraq. Now their talking heads (including Dick Cheney's daughter) are lying about whether it was torture to begin with, because after all - Our military sometimes performs waterboarding when preparing our servicemen for the possibility of being tortured by our enemies...

Toture is such a farged thing to do. I actually went to training for the US military to learn how to deal with torture because other countries wouldn't have the same principles as the US and cheat lie and make shtein up to make their point. farging training simulated what our troops went through in Vietnam and how farged up it was. While this has been proven over and over I can't believe that something like this could be reviewed and approved by an actual group of elected officials. We have to be better then the uncivilized. Even if that means sacrificing something...

You can't have something for nothing and you can't have freedom for free...

The problem is that our elected officials only care about one thing. Being reelected. Morals do not factor in.

Term limits.

While i dont think they should have been looking for the Al Queda in Iraq angle, I do support torture of douchbags who planed  9/11.  I think they should just stick Pineapples up his ass every day at 4pm
