I would say the
ASTON
4417 PennellRd. Rt# 452
Dutton Mill Shopping Village
Aston, PA
(610) 494-1012

BASIN RD.
708 West Basin Rd.
Newcastle, DE
(302) 322-6797

(i refuse to go to the Newcastle one, white trash factor is off the charts)

The other closest one is probably by my crib

ELKTON
202A South Bridge St.
Marina Plaza
Elkton, MD
(410) 620-3522

The Elkton one is about 6 minutes off I95, i'm not sure about the Aston one, and the New Castle one is about 4 minutes off I95

Neither do you.

Munson

What did you expect, it's New Castle.

The Silverside one isn't too far off 95, but I don't want IGY getting lost in the milky white burbs of North Wilmington. He might not survive.

Aston's definitely your best bet. You get off at the market street exit, take a left and you'll hit Carpriotti's before you get to the 5 point intersection. Pretty sure it'll be on your right.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

i like white house.  but thats probably just because i'm in AC so much.

ice grillin you

thanks sb...im definitely gonna grab a thanksgiving johnson next time...my girl loves the hell out of them too

my usual stop for eats coming home from philly is either diconstanzas...a 500 yard drive off exit 2 in boothwyn...they lay claim to having "invented" the italian hoagie...its a really good spot if youre coming home from a game in philly and dont wanna go up in the city

or if coming down the turnpike then the italian kitchen in pennsville is so money...unreal individual stromboli pieces

never even heard of it...ive had bad experiences down here with any place that says "we get our _____ down from philly every day"...i just looked at the website tho and if if the pictures speak even a little truth it looks to have excellent potential

and i like white house dont get me wrong...very good...but no comparison to numerous different philly spots

i went to gradeschool right up the street from the New Castle one, i went to the Basin rd. Capriottis 3 years ago and got into a fight with the lady working there because i wouldn't say Wit or Wit Out on a cheese steak.  At what point do these WT muthafargers from newcastle think they are Philly?  Pissed me off, if i want to have a cheesesteak  and talk like that I'll go to Genos for the novelty and mostly because i need to eat after a sports event.

IGY, if you are planning to stop off at the one by my crib hit me up.  I'm literally 5 minutes off I 95, so its easy to swing thru.  I'll definitely look at going to diconstanzas.  We tried to ship some subs from Arizona's Capriottis to my bro in Hawaii, would have cost over 125 bucks and they couldn't make any guarantees if it would have been good when it got there.  Sorry Don Ho.

I don't think I've met one person from New Castle that seemed even a little bit normal. Props to you for eating anywhere near there.
