I got a phonecall from Direct TV about 3 weeks ago, some guy trying to get me to try out Showtime for a month for free.  I told the guy no thanks, and he still kept trying by the 4th time, i just said thanks but no thanks and hung up.  2 weeks later i realize Showtime isnt blocked on the guide anymore so i called DTV, they said they would review the tape, and talk to the rep.  And i got 3 months free Showtime.

Or how he is in the comics. Downey seemed to be just playing himself but thats basically what the character is so ppl loved. Very rarely do comic book characters get the right actor. He also looks very similar to the character.

Hmm...I did not read the Iron Man series at all, so of course that dimension would be lost on me.

Enjoy trying to talk to their supervisor to "get a copy of the tape."

I know better, but since i used to work in a similar setting i dropped the "your associate signed me up for something that i said no to, to hit incentive.  You may want to review other sales for incentive Fraud"

300. I know a zillion people rushed to theaters to see it, but I didn't have any real interest in it. That said, I found it on HBO or something and DVR'd it to watch while I ran. Pretty much perfect for that.

Had that typical Frank Miller style and some interesting shots, lots of action, slicing off of limbs, and required little thought. Good for a workout.  Would have benefited from more boobage, but that's true of just about every movie I've ever seen. Certainly better than I thought it would be.

310 was directed well and the acting was even better. Too bad the ending was so off. Is that how it ends in the original?

Agreed on all counts. And yeah, the endings are more or less the same in each. I enjoyed both of them, but fully understand people's problems with them.

Appaloosa was awful.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

The Trial of Ted Haggard - after he was busted for being a homosexual meth head he and his family bounce from peoples houses to apartments and hotels. He can't get a job anywhere. He was banned from Colorado. Sort of boring documentary but it reaffirms my hate for evangelicals.
