He's our best cover saftey and one of the best tacklers hitters on the team/NFL. Who else in the back field can has those qualities and has done it for as long as Dawkins? He is our best overall DB. Im sticking to it. He's still a safety...we have all seen Dawkins whiff or cover bad even in his prime...it happens to the best.

He's still a great player when he's blitzing or covering the run. He ain't to good a cover guy anymore. He couldn't cover Witten. I was glad he didn't have to cover Miller against the Steelers.
