I agree... I never thought they had a shot at Cowher either... but didn't he used to be a Browns assistant?

yeah he was but sometime in the 80's and a secondary coach...not quite the same as spending 15 years in pittsburgh and winning a superbowl as head coach...if he was desperate maybe hed go to cleveland but he can pick his spot and cleveland was never going to be it

Absolutely... he still is the face of the Steelers. I know it weighs much more. I just wasn't sure if I remembered right or not about him being in Cleveland.

The Mangini firing doesn't make sense.

1. Favre shteinting the bed and being the INT machine again is what cost them
2. Tannenbaum is the guy who signed the players.

He'll end up somewhere soon.

only easy will care about this but the pro bowl is going to be moved to in between the conf championships and the super bowl and will be played at the site of the super bowl

i suppose its an ok idea to try and make the game interesting for the first time but really they should just abolish it along with arena football and nhl teams south of philly

not that they ever participated anyway, but they're pretty much eliminating anyone from the Super Bowl teams. I guess it works...
