I still can't believe Reid benched McNabb like that.

positives: the eagles have a kick and punt returner for the next ten years

now lets work on the rest of the roster

More Positives - now that they are pretty much eliminated, they will start tearing the league up. Not quite enough to make the playoffs, but enough to retain AR, McNabb, and kill their draft.

The BIGSTUD

This team isn't good enough to start tearing the league up. They will in all probability lose out. The only game they have a shot is against the Browns. But playing this way, they won't beat any team left. Not even the Browns.

I don't see how the Eagles score a point in this game let alone a TD.

Well, I was right unless you want to count Demps as offense.

Come on now...1998 was much worse than this.
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

If 1998 was an aborted fetus then this season is a down's syndrome kid.

They scored 31 against the Giants 2 weeks ago.  The '98 team was dead last in both points and yards, scored more than 17 points one time the entire season and had a stretch where they scored 23 points combined in 5 games.  This offense was bad in September and October last year too but had that one fluke game against Detroit.  They also had that bad stretch in '06 where McNabb got hurt (Jacksonville-Washington-Tennessee-Indianapolis) and they came out of that one.  And remember the McMahon/Detmer awesomeness of 2005?  This offense stunk at Baltimore.  Shocking.  I wouldn't be surprised if they put up 30+ against Arizona...

jesus ed is drinking the homer jewce.

the talent they have on offense is surely better than 1998, but the play calling and execution are the worst in recent memory.

this team blows and will blow so long as that cowardly fat farg is the head coach. stop wearing your 2004 blinders.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

BigEd76

How am I a homer?  I think they're done for this season and they need major changes.  I'm just saying that I wouldn't be shocked if McNabb was starting Thursday night and they put up 30+ on a team that doesn't do well on the east coast.  This stupid team is so inconsistent it's not funny....
