My neighbor and I kept joking about the attempt to throw a fade to Curtis and generally mocking using him in the red zone at all.  Then, he went and made a great catch on that TD.

He doesn't blow.  He's a solid 2/3.

yeah as a #2 or more likely as a #3 he is ok. like aikman said last yr....brown and curtis should be your #3 and #4 WRs. desean is great as a #2. they still need that one guy who isnt undersized, speedy, and demands double teams.

if i was calling it on that 3rd and 3 with 18 seconds left till the 2 min mark i line right back up and drop back to pass but have mcnabb just run it up the middle. take the 2 min warning, rest up, and go back to the passing attack.

The Giants aren't that much better a team, but this is the kind of game this year's Eagles team is certainly going to find a way to lose.  I predict that it will be infuriating and (maybe literally) vomit-inducing.

how many times though have we seen them stumble around with the clock running down. totally un-prepared. wasted timeouts...coach with no idea what to do next. fundamentally challenged. its embarassing, when u have a team on the heels keep going at them. don't give them time to prepare. christ

After I finished jumping up and down and being furious that they weren't running another play before the 2 min. warning, I thought to myself, "At least the timeout will give them extra time to get organized and come up with a play they feel good about to pick up the 1st."

...and they come up with that bullshtein.  A toss 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage... and the ol' faithful dive play for no gain when you need a yard.
