In an Eagles FOesque move, the Bills traded 1st round pick John McCargo to Indy for a 4th rounder.

glazer of fox sports reporting that gonzalez was sure he was being traded and was angry and frustrated that he was not. according to him he believed he would go for a 3rd round pick, since he is 32, but that peterson changed it to a 2nd round pick at the last minute.

QuoteIn Winslow's case, the rumor in the locker room that his balls were severely swollen coupled with our report that Winslow had an infection prompted all sorts of speculation that was unflattering to Winslow.  Deadspin mentioned a rumor that Winslow had taken an overdose of erection-enhancing medication, along with a rumor that he was suffering from an STD.

From a PFT blurb on WInslow being unhappy with the Browns. He said he got a staph infection, which happens a lot up there in Brownie land.

Yeah, something like Winslow's 2nd infection and the team's 5th since 2005.  Nasty fargers...

It looks like Nolan will be fired just a week after breaking Andy Reid's "most boneheaded challenges in a single game" record.

At least he has plenty of suits for job interviews.
I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

Pats place Lawrence Maroney on IR.

Done as of tonight per Mort.

Singletary, who is more than deserving, takes over.

PhillyPhanInDC

Good for Singletary. Martz has gotta be fuming.

So needing 21 points to win my $$$ matchup, Cutler hurts his finger and then gets smoked and looks concussed.

QuoteA number of NFL players -- including Deuce McAllister and Will Smith of the New Orleans Saints -- have tested positive under the NFL's steroid policy as a result of taking water pills to lose weight, according to a report from Fox 31-Denver reporter Josina Anderson.

Anderson's report cited "a rash of positive tests." The number is more than 10 and may exceed 15, two sources have told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.
