Quote"I felt good; I felt I had good stuff," said Billingsley, who added that a lot of the hits went the other way or found holes. "I didn't do well [Friday] and I didn't get the job done and I think pitch selection was kind of what the problem was."

QuoteAnd so the potential ace was anything but one Friday. As for him basically assigning the blame to Martin, one teammate said, "He'll learn."

QuotePHILADELPHIA -- At least one person at Citizens Bank Park on Friday wasn't impressed with the biggest defensive play in Game 2 of the NLCS. "It wasn't that tough a catch," Dodgers third baseman Casey Blake said, of Shane Victorino's leaping grab in front of the centerfield wall at Citizens Bank Park. It was Blake's deep drive in the seventh inning, with two men on base, that Victorino snagged to preserve a three-run lead for the Phillies. "I'm not sure he had to jump like that," Blake said. "I think [Victorino] had more room than he thought."

Still, not panic time. At no time did I think we couldn't hit..we just didn't.

Props to Meyers for getting it done with the stick.

We just need that desperate 1st win...it will be cool from there.  8)

Brewers fans were saying the same thing after Moyer pitched game 3

That.

Funny how everyone is talking about how LA is SOOOOOOOOO back in this.

Bring it back to Philly. Let them clinch at home. That's what I want anyway. I was hoping they'd lose a game in LA.

Wow, series momentum has shifted? Its all LA now?

Are people actually buying this all? That's all I'm reading about today.  ???

theres no such thing as momentum in baseball...its all about your next starting pitcher...whoever wins tonight wins the series

While I agree about the pitching, I disagree about the second part of your post.

Phils won't lose that many games in such a short span, especially going back home. Not a chance.
