As homertastic as the EMB is, this place is just as, if not more negative.
Anyone who has even the slightest positive thought here is berated.
It's like bizarro world ES.

We might all think they suck, but there are a lot of media types NOT from the general Philly area who look at the team objectively and think they got a chance at being great, if all the pieces fall together.
We're just smart enough to know that won't be happening, as it never does.

The Giants winning last year must have convinced all these schmucks that "anything's possible!"


Do the Eagles have as much of a chance to win it all as the Giants did this time last year?  Yes.

Are they one of maybe 15 teams that has such a chance?  Sure.

Are there at least 4-5 teams that are significantly more likely to win it?  Yes.

The Rams offensive line is horrible and they won't be able to consistently drive on the Eagles. Even with Steven Jackson who is overrated to begin with. Still very good, but overrated. Holt has been showing signs of slowing down. Besides Holt they have no one at WR that scares you. Especially when your QB is mediocre and you can't get enough protection.

Eagles shock the world and actually establish a run game early, and use that to open up the passing game with play action. They get an early lead and Westbrook eats up the Rams on the ground with Buck for the rest of the game. D Jax catches a TD.
