That girl on the left was ridunkulous, she was dancing non stop, then go in the water and pour water on herself to cool down, the wifey refused to take a picture of that.  The white trash guy in the jean shorts was dancing nonstop for about 2 hours in that same outfit.  farging hilarious.
This chick was hammered, almost fought another girl over some dude they were both hooking up with.  The girl in yellow kept falling down all day drunk, and when we left saw her driving her car with NJ plates.

chick as the first picture, only bad thing about her was her lack of ace.  And she got into a pushup battle.

The one crime I think is actually worthy of the death penalty is shot down by the liberal Supremes.  In other news, evidently, the righties slashed the Exxon Valdez punitive damages award by 80%.

This country deserves AIDS for breakfast, lunch and dinner:

QuoteWASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has struck down a Louisiana law that allows the execution of people convicted of a raping a child.

In a 5-4 vote, the court says the law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in cases of child rape violates the Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

"The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child," Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in his majority opinion. His four liberal colleagues joined him, while the four more conservative justices dissented.

Right - tell that to the parents of the kids who've been raped.  Asshat.

There has not been an execution in the United States for a crime that did not also involve the death of the victim in 44 years.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday also cut the $2.5 billion punitive damages award in the 1989 Exxon Valdez disaster to $500 million.

The court ruled that victims of the worst oil spill in U.S. history may collect punitive damages from Exxon Mobil Corp., but not as much as a federal appeals court determined.

Justice David Souter wrote for the court that punitive damages may not exceed what the company already paid to compensate victims for economic losses, about $500 million compensation.

Exxon asked the high court to reject the punitive damages judgment, saying it already has spent $3.4 billion in response to the accident that fouled 1,200 miles of Alaska coastline.

A jury decided Exxon should pay $5 billion in punitive damages. A federal appeals court cut that verdict in half.

So the poor kid and parents live the rest of thier lives with the thought that the animal that did it is alive and well and could eventually get out of jail. Nice.

You don't think gas prices would be even worse if they were forced to pay?  You know there is price fixing going on between the Oil companies...
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Times two.

That's the first thing I thought of when I read that.

What a disgrace.

It's amazing how many people don't understand this.

Since there doesn't seem to be "how stupid can Bush be" thread, here's a random winner:

And I reminded the President that I am reminded of the great talent of the -- of our Philippine-Americans when I eat dinner at the White House.

LOL - wrong.

Two billion dollars to a company whose quarterly profits are usually five times that is nothing.

I agree about the price fixing thing, though.  But what do you expect with a dirty little oil pimp at 1600?

Father Demon

Price fixing has been going on forever - not just the last eight years.  Ever since I was a kid, I can remember wondering how gas prices always rose and fell, by the same margin, at the same time, across all the companies.  And thats' just a microcosm of the effect of the price of gas to retailers, wholesalers, and the price of oil.  Everyone in that game has dirty hands, and could be found guilty of collusion.
